MMyronLongtime business owner
“My previous accountant had overlooked seven figures in expenses, completely messing up all of my taxes for years... Charles found all the mistakes and corrected every single one of them.”
KKamilahBusinesswoman and investor
“The ability to rectify past tax filings was very much a relief... knowing from you that actually we can go back a few years and fix the things that maybe were not done as thoroughly as they could have been done.”

Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a business doing $1M or more a year in revenue.
  • You're profitable, you pay quarterly estimates, and the check to the IRS grows faster than the business does.
  • Your CPA gets the forms right every year, but nobody has ever planned your taxes before the year closes.
  • You've brought a tax-saving idea to your accountant and heard "you don't qualify" with no explanation.
  • You own the building you operate from or other property, and nobody has checked how it's being depreciated.
  • You suspect your past returns left write-offs or overpaid tax behind.
  • You want this year's bill worked on before December 31st, not explained in April.

This Is Not For:

  • Businesses doing under $1M a year in revenue.
  • Employees and individuals who only need a personal return filed.
  • Owners who leave final tax decisions to an outside advisor.
  • Anyone chasing "never pay taxes again" tricks that wouldn't hold up.
  • Owners who only want a return filed once a year and nothing else.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Charles and his team plan your year, carry it out, adjust it as you go and file the returns that capture the savings.

A Strategy Built On Your Numbers

We start with a focused strategy session on your recent returns, your books and your plans, then pick the strategies that fit how your business really earns.

A Second Look At Past Returns

We comb through the returns you've already filed for write-offs you never took and tax you overpaid, since deductions missed in recent years can often still be claimed.

Structure And Owner Pay Re-Tested

We test whether your entity structure still fits a company your size, then set the salary you pay yourself at the right level so the business keeps more of what it earns.

Family On Payroll, Done Right

When your kids or parents truly work in the business, we put them on payroll at a reasonable wage and keep the records of their hours that make it hold up.

Cost Segregation On Property You Own

If you own the building you operate from or other property, we look at cost segregation so it's depreciated the right way, and we time big purchases so they actually help.

Books Current, Returns Filed

Our accountants get your books current and keep them there, we fine-tune the strategies through the year, then we complete your filings and show you the savings that came through.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this legal, or one of those internet tax tricks?+
It's legal. The strategies we use are provisions Congress wrote into the tax code on purpose, because lawmakers wanted owners to hire, buy equipment and hold property. What makes a strategy hold up is the documentation, so we keep the records behind every move.
Why hasn't my CPA brought any of this up?+
Most accountants are hired to report last year accurately, and they're often good at it. One client's CPA bluntly told him, "It's not my job to save you money; it's my job to file your taxes properly." Planning is a different job, and it has to happen before the year closes.
Do I have to spend money to save on taxes?+
No. A write-off trims your taxable income, so spending $100,000 you didn't need might save about a third of it in tax and leave you out the rest. Most of the savings come from moves that cost little: your structure, your salary, family on payroll, depreciation on property you own and your past returns.
Can you do anything about returns I've already filed?+
Often, yes. Deductions missed in recent years can often still be claimed, so we go back through the returns you've already filed for write-offs you never took and tax you overpaid. Bring your most recent returns to the call and we'll look.
Who actually does the work?+
Charles is an IRS Enrolled Agent, and he works alongside a senior accountant and tax accountants on client files. The team sets each strategy up, keeps your books current, adjusts through the year and handles the filings, company and personal.
What if you don't save me at least $100K?+
Then your planning fee comes back. On the strategy call we calculate your projected savings together from your actual figures, and if we can't see a path to $100K, Charles will tell you on the spot.
Is it too late to do anything for this year?+
No, but many of this year's moves close on December 31st. The salary you take as the owner has to clear payroll by then, and equipment only helps this year's return if it's in service before that date. The savings show up when your return is filed.
What does it cost?+
The fee isn't published on our site. You'll get a quoted price up front on the strategy call, so you know the cost before you decide anything.
One Last Step

Ready To See Your Projected Savings Before The Year Closes?

On the strategy call, Charles goes through your structure, how you pay yourself and any property you hold, then calculates your projected savings with you from your actual figures. If we can't see a path to $100K, he'll say so on the call.
